We are a trade association that was organized and chartered in 1970.  We are dedicated to providing quality-housing choices in a range of affordability for the consumer.  Our purpose is to provide information exchange, communication and education for members; to interact with local, state and federal legislative bodies to foster a positive building climate; to provide a forum to implement policies that affect the building industry; and to promote professionalism among our members. We represent Sullivan, Hawkins and Hancock Counties.

Our members represent all areas of the residential construction industry.  The Association consists of a wide range of professionals from builders and developers to suppliers and financial institutions.
Our members also belong to the Home Builders Association of Tennessee and the National Association of Home Builders.  Both of these great organizations represent the building industry and our members at the national and state levels.

We promote our industry by sponsoring the Home Show, which is open to the public, and provides our members the chance to showcase the latest innovations and design trends in new housing.  These events also provide our associate members an ideal opportunity to show the newest products and services available to the new home buyer or remodeler.
